John Wolfe
Partner
John has over a decade of experience helping life sciences organizations secure non-dilutive R&D funding from U.S. Government agencies. He specializes in identifying opportunities, navigating the federal procurement process, winning awards, and managing the resulting programs.

With deep expertise in R&D programs funded by Consortium OTAs, DoD, and HHS—including ASPR, BARDA, NIH, and ARPA-H—John has been instrumental in advancing critical innovations. His work also extends to industrial base expansion initiatives, establishing domestic manufacturing for pharmaceuticals and PPE to strengthen national security.

John is highly skilled in developing BARDA white papers, market research abstracts, and full proposals, while ensuring compliance with the complex requirements of BARDA contracts and OTAs.

Tyler brings over 15 years of expertise in managing federally funded R&D programs, leveraging PMO-driven strategies to deliver measurable and impactful results.
